Energy from Waste – Tackling the Regulatory Barriers

The Waste Contractors and Recyclers Association of NSW held an industry update on 13th of June at Kirribilli Club, Lavender Bay, NSW.

Dr Mark Jackson, of Jackson Environment and Planning Pty Ltd was invited as a guest Speaker to make a presentation on tackling the regulatory barriers in the field of creating Energy from Waste in the NSW marketplace and offering possible development strategies for future NSW projects. He was joined by Mr Ross Fox of Fishburn Watson O’Brien Lawyers who reviewed the current policy and regulatory environment in NSW.
